Ceramic Stains

Please note: ceramic stains are non-returnable.
Mason stains should always be tested in your specific clay body and firing conditions prior to full use. Due to the nature of these materials, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on stains.

Handmade Ceramics

I take great care in making and packing each piece and only send work that meets my highest quality standards. If you're unhappy with your ceramic piece for any reason, please reach out right away.

You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order at lydia@lydiajohnsonceramics.com, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

If a return is approved:

• The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• You’ll receive a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping cost.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please understand that I cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.
