Tall Cup

$150.00
  • Functional Mug

  • Holds 14oz

  • My work is made from flat slabs. I start with powders and water to create colored clay and slip. The pattern is printed on both sides of the slab in layers with handmade stencils, much like a screen print image is built up from back to front.

  • Due to the nature of my process, please understand that no piece is perfectly round. Slight wobbles and movement should be expected with thin, handmade work.

  • This work is fully functional. Yes, it is very thin, but it can be used! I do not recommend microwaving the cups because they are so thin and they will get very hot.

  • They are fine to go in the dishwasher, though I recommend handwashing them so that you remember they are delicate and should be handled with care.
