Product Care
Please care for your ceramic items like fine china! Yes, they are delicate, but they are also durable and strong when taken care of properly. Hand washing is the gentlest and best way to clean your product. Because my products are thin, this work will become extremely and unbearably HOT if microwaved.


Refunds & Exchange
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your piece, exchanges will be honored within 5 days of receiving your item. Please contact me immediately to discuss a resolution. Additional shipping charges (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges
As a small business, I cannot offer free shipping (I wish I could!). The price of shipping has gone up significantly in 2022. Even the price of packing supplies has doubled! I understand that paying for shipping can be surprising in an age where most big box retailers offer shipping "free of charge". ​Shipping will be added at checkout. If you place multiple orders, I will consolidate your order into one box.

I've done my best to set up my shipping rates to reflect a fair and accurate transaction for both parties. The rates take into account the cost of the shipping label, packing materials and online transaction fees. I never profit from the shipping charge - you will simply be covering the cost of getting the product from me to you! I will refund any significant overcharge after your order has shipped. 

Items will be shipped within 3 days of placing your order. Tracking will be updated when available. Unfortunately I cannot offer local pick up as my business is run out of my home. 

Shipping Damage
I take great care when packing and shipping your items. Each piece is cushioned with ample bubblewrap and packing peanuts. I have not yet had a piece break or damage during transit. In the very unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with images of the box and broken item and I will work to resolve the problem.

International Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally as long as the customer is willing to cover all shipping charges and any associated import taxes. Please click here to learn more about international shipping. 

Payment
I take payment via credit card, debit card or PayPal. I do not accept snail-mail checks.
