Your Online Shopping Experience
At the moment, I have found the *best* way to offer my work is through scheduled online sales. While this method is the most efficient way to sell my work, it can sometimes, unfortunately, lead to a frustrating shopping experience. When a customer adds an item to his/her cart, it will remain available to every customer until it is actually purchased. Meaning, it is possible to have an item "snatched" out of your cart by someone who checked out faster. As dissapointing as it may be, I have no control over this aspect of my web store. Shipping & Handling
As a small business, I cannot offer free shipping (I wish I could!). I understand that paying for shipping can be surprising in an age where most big box retailers offer shipping "free of charge". Shipping will be added at checkout. If you place multiple orders, I will consolidate your order into one box.
I've done my best to set up my shipping rates to reflect a fair and accurate transaction for both parties. The rates take into account the cost of the shipping label, packing materials and packing labor. I will always refund overcharges if they occur.
Items will be shipped within 3 days of placing your order. Tracking will be updated when available. If you wish to pick up your order at my studio in Manchester, please email me immediately so that I can refund any shipping charges.
I am happy to ship internationally. Please know international shipping can be expensive! For instance, shipping one cup to Australia is usually $28. One cup to Canada is usually $22. Please email me if you are an international customer and I can provide an actual quote. I ship most international orders USPS First Class. This service is slow and can take up to 6 weeks until delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your piece, I can offer exchanges within 1 week of receipt. Shipping (back and forth) is the responsibility of the customer.
As a small, handmade business, I cannot offer refunds, but I will not allow returns for store credit or a product exchange at equal or lesser value of original purchase. Returns and exchanges will be honored within 5 days of receiving your item.
